My name is Victor Clausson and  I’ve always been interested in computers, video games and movies. I remember starting out as a kid creating short films using my dad’s VHS camcorder. That’s right, VHS camcorder! Back then, the limitations in Windows Movie Maker made me dig deeper into editing softwares and quickly found the Adobe suite and Andrew Kramer. Today, I’m proud to say that I’m a 2D/3D artist - animator.

When I moved from Vetlanda to Gothenburg in 2010, I was into retro video games like Nintendo, Super Nintendo, SEGA Mega Drive etc. The passion grew so much that a friend and I started a Youtube channel called Revansch! That kept me busy for over five years, playing and learning new software which eventually introduced me to 3D. It was then I realized that 2D/3D graphics was something I wanted to do for a living, not just as a hobby.

In 2017, I made the decision to study Computer Graphic Design at YRGO. Since then I’ve worked as a 3D artist/animator at different studios, creating compelling stories using Motion Graphics, Visual Effects and CGI.

My main focus is animation but modeling, rigging, lighting, shading, rendering, motion graphics, sound design is a part of my skill set as well. I’ve been responsible and involved in different projects that have given me a good grasp of what it takes to transform an idea into a finished product.

Software and technology changes over time, but so do I and I have no problems with adapting to new software and new techniques. I feel as if new computer hardware evolves simultaneously with my needs for what I do today. It’s a heavenly match.

I love being around creative people and sharing different levels of knowledge between us. I’m a happy and positive person that takes his work seriously, but in a perfect balance that makes it fun. Sometimes it can be frustrating, but you always have to push forward to meet the deadline and deliver a fantastic product in the end. That’s what drives me and makes me sleep well at night.

I have a lot more to say about myself and I think I will be a great asset to your company. Classic line to end with but let’s talk and you’ll see!
